If you encounter an error while attempting to withdraw, you can contact our support team at support@collectivememory.ai. However, some messages do not necessarily require reporting:

“Today’s ATTN pool has been fully used – next withdrawal opens in 24 hours.”

A fixed amount of ATTN is allocated daily to ensure ongoing withdrawal availability. In rare cases, there may be a short gap between allocation batches, which can temporarily trigger this message. What to do in this case:
Simply wait 1–2 hours and try withdrawing again.

“Not eligible for withdrawal yet. Capture more attention-worthy memories.”

If you see this message and your withdrawal is denied, we recommend the following: Try again in 24–48 hours
In this case there is no need to attempt another withdrawal within the same day. The system requires at least 24 hours to adjust the conditions for another withdrawal attempt.
