I successfully withdrew ATTN - what’s next?

Check Your Balance
Make sure the ATTN amount is visible in your Collective Memory account. On the CM app, go to:
Wallet > ATTN – Attention Token (under TOKENS). Decide What to Do Next
You can either:
  • Keep the ATTN token in your wallet, or
  • Swap it to USDC if you want to sell it for cash.

How to Swap Your ATTN to USDC?

There are a few ways to swap ATTN to USDC within the Collective Memory (CM) app:

Option 1: Swap and Send Using the CM App

  1. Go to Wallet > SWAP > Swap ATTN to USDC.
  2. After swapping, you can send the USDC to an external wallet or another swapping app:
    Wallet > TRANSFER > Send.
⚠️ Important: USDC transfers from the Collective Memory app are sent via the Base network. Please ensure the receiving wallet supports Base before transferring.

Option 2: Use an External Wallet App

  1. Export your CM wallet to an external wallet (e.g., Base, Uniswap):
    Wallet > TRANSFER > Settings > Account & Security > Recovery Phrase. Please note: You will receive an email titled “Your wallet private key was exported” at the email address associated with your account. This is a standard security notification, and since you initiated the action, there is no cause for concern. If you receive this email without requesting to view or export your keys, please contact the support team immediately.
  2. Using the unique Recovery Phrase > Import your wallet into the external app and perform swaps there.
⚠️ Important: Never share your unique Recovery Phrase with anyone!

UPDATE — June 25, 2026

As of June 25, 2026, we have increased the security level of our wallets. As a result, Recovery Phrases are no longer available for new wallets created on or after this date.

What Are Your Options?

  • Use the Swap and Send options directly in the Collective Memory app.
  • If available in your region, you can also use the Debit Card option. For more information, please contact our support team.
  • You may create a new wallet using the Base app and transfer your funds from your Collective Memory wallet to your new Base wallet in order to perform swaps there. Please use only the Base app for this process, as it supports both USDC on Base and ATTN on Base.

Important Notes & Safety Tips

  • Never share your Recovery Phrase with anyone.
  • If this is your first transfer, we recommend sending a small test amount (approximately $5–10 USD) first to make sure everything works correctly.
  • Do not send ATTN directly to external wallets or exchanges (such as Binance or Bybit). Always swap ATTN to USDC first.
    You can do the swap in the Collective Memory app or in the Base app.
  • Transfers to and from the Collective Memory app are processed on the Base network. Before making a transfer, please make sure the receiving wallet or exchange supports the Base network.
