Collective Memory is a space built around real-world events. Here, you can capture and verify what is happening to you and around you, share what you witness, and receive feedback from other users. Now you can turn your Memories into video collages, save them to your phone, send them to friends, or share them on social media helping your stories reach even more people.

How to Create a Video

  1. Open the app and go to the My tab.
  2. Select Events. Here, your Memories are organized into events. You can browse them by timeline, ATTN, number of Memories, or sort them from the earliest to the latest.
  3. Open the Timeline tab, find the event or date you want to use, and tap the camera icon on the right.
  4. On the Create Video screen, choose which Memories you want to include. Tap individual Memories to select or deselect them. Use All to select everything available or None to clear your selection.
  5. Tap Generate. The button will show how many Memories will be included in your video.
  6. Choose the pace of your video:
    • Fast - quick, flash-style cuts. We recommend this option when your video includes many Memories.
    • Slow - each Memory appears for approximately two seconds. This option works best for smaller collections that you want viewers to explore in more detail.
  7. Wait while the app fetches your Memories from the cloud, analyzes them, and creates your video. Fetching usually takes between 30 and 90 seconds, and the remaining stages are completed automatically.
  8. Once your video is ready, preview it and choose what you would like to do:
    • Share - share your video immediately;
    • Save - download it to your phone;
    • Done - finish and close the video creator.
