# Blocked Account

## **<u>How do I know if my account is blocked?</u>**

If you are unable to perform the following actions, it is highly possible that your account has been blocked:

* Upload content
* Stake
* Redeem earnings (staking profit or creator profit)

## **<u>Why was my account blocked?</u>**

Accounts may be blocked if they show patterns of behavior that go against the platform’s guidelines. Common reasons include:

* Creating or uploading non-genuine content
* Excessive spam posting
* Cross-staking between multiple accounts
* Using multiple accounts (double account activity)
* Harassing other users within the app
* Posting or promoting offensive or inappropriate content

These behaviors are considered attempts to manipulate the platform and do not contribute positively to the ecosystem.
